Hustlin’ Hardships Certified was founded with a clear vision: to build bridges between people with disabilities and local businesses. Our founder became a paraplegic 18 years ago and has since witnessed both the exploitation of the ADA and the fear it has created among small business owners. As a result, many individuals with disabilities are unfairly excluded from community spaces due to misunderstandings and fear of legal risks. Our platform aims to change that.
We offer a new path forward where fairness and opportunity go hand-in-hand. By creating free, verified memberships for people with disabilities and partnering with businesses willing to complete our ADA training and inspection, we ensure both sides are educated, respected, and protected. Through this work, we’re helping to reshape communities into inclusive, welcoming environments where no one has to justify their right to belong.
